As complete a set as possible of Freewheel magazines would be appreciated, particularly if you think your relatives would throw them into a skip were you to be "elsewhere". Within some reasonable travelling distance of Dumfries (South West Scotland) , I would collect if the quantity was right but further afield I am happy to pay for collection. More magazines would be better than less.I have isolated copies from many years but would enjoy going through the lot as I have found much of interest in the relatively small number I have.Let me know your price and we can sort out delivery thereafter. I am particularly looking for nos 1 - 116, 123-164, 177-208, 297-335,366-404 but any large quantity would be most welcome.I only need one set so don't all rush at once !

- Wilks' cars P1 and P2, thats cars up to 1947 • Re: Petrol Pump repair/replace - 1937 12 P2Willem is right, Flexolite have all the right bits. You might just need a diaphragm from the description you have given but read on..... If you haven't worked on one of these before, things to know:There are two separate types of valves. Older pump tops have paxolin valves (check the size , two widths available) […]SHyslop
- Wilks' cars P1 and P2, thats cars up to 1947 • Re: Petrol Pump repair/replace - 1937 12 P2I rebuilt the fuel pump on my 1936 Rover 12 with this: https://www.flexolite.co.uk/products/fp ... ent-to-bd1Yours might be different, I took mine apart and compared the parts to the various ones they have on their website. This worked for me but no doubt someone with much more experience will be along before too long..WillemWillem
- Wilks' cars P1 and P2, thats cars up to 1947 • Petrol Pump repair/replace - 1937 12 P2I've been asked to repair or replace the petrol pump on a 1937 P2, because it is apparently leaking petrol into the sump oil.I've found a vid. here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gFpMBkJHs0A&t=40sIs this similar/appropriate to the P2?Does anyone have the pump part number? And advice where to get a replacement or a seal kit?Any help much appreciated.P27

- Wilks' cars P1 and P2, thats cars up to 1947 • Re: track rod endsI don't have anything as new as a Discovery but I am lead to believe the thread size to fit the rod to the end is 11/16 UNF, one LH, one RH. The P2 part is 40471 or 72, depending on the side, and they were the same from 1936 to 1947. Before 1936, they […]SHyslop
