A definatley good idea Paul. A lot of other car clubs (notably in my experience, the MMOC, Morris Minor Owners Club) have for years arranged several camping holidays originally on mainland Europe but more recently in UK. Years ago Christine and I had a Conway Camping Trailer and enjoyed countless holidays when living in Belgium and France. However these days we are (much) older and thus softer!! Also our P2 16HP isn’t in the habit of either towing tarers of carryng lots of kit…. So we wont be there. Hope the initiative brings lots of new blood in to the RSR and an increased membership of enthusiasts of later Rovers. Tim Moore. Isle of Skye. NW Scotland.

I had better start the ball rolling, my name is Paul, I am in the RSR and organiser, if thats the right word of Rovercamp2012. I shall be attending with my wife and teenage daughter, plus friend possibly, and will be in a tent and driving an old Disco or maybe an early 1950s P4.
