Just a heads up (or a reminder for those who already know) that the DRIVER’S SEAT MID-SUMMER “CLASSIC AWARENESS” TOUR 2016 is happening on Saturday the 11th of June.
For more info check out the event’s facebook page. The route being used for the Tour was (virtually) the one used by the Cardiff Mini Club for their “Drive It Day” Run. For pictures from that run see the facebook events page “Drive It Day with the Cardiff Mini Club” and also the Drive It Day feature (The BIG 500) in this week’s Classic Car Weekly (page 18). The route was well received and everyone who took part thoroughly enjoyed the day, all of which bodes very well for the Tour itself.
So if you would like to take part on the 11th of June, then please message me with your email address and I will sent you an entry form. Entry itself is FREE but an entry form is required. All I ask is for a SAE to be sent with your form so that I can return a copy back to you as confirmation. So looking forward to hearing from you very soon – Cheers Ian ... See MoreSee Less

Andrew Elphick The Geneva Motor Show will be remembered as the show of few surprises this year – chiefly, thanks to the lack of outrageous concept cars. Skoda was showing a thinly-veiled teaser for its very own Discovery Sport rival, the Kodiak – and very pleasant it is, too. Citroen debuted a modern Mehari – except its pedal-car/Suzuki SJ mashup didn’t […]

Clive Goldthorp Could Vauxhall’s GT Concept point the way to a new MG sports car?
